Candidates should have a degree from an accredited healthcare program and possess at least one (1) year of current experience in their area of specialization. Keep in mind all facilities are different with some requiring more experience, therefore, we will match you to the best opportunities available based on your background. Your Recruiter will partner with you to ensure best fit!
First and foremost, you will receive weekly pay via direct deposit to the account of your choice!
With that in mind, WalkerHealthcare Clinicians earn some of the strongest compensation packages in the industry! Assignments are individual and unique; therefore, your pay rate may vary based on facility and location as well as area of specialization, shifts, and overall experience.

Yes, we do, however many Clinicians prefer to select their own accommodations, choosing to take advantage of generous housing allowances that exist while on assignment. With the power to choose, simply let us know your preference. Please note stipends vary from location to location, following existing governmental limitations.
